Tesu Gupta is an Advocate practising since 2019. She is a keen researcher and a continuous learner. After completion of her Bachelor’s studies, she pursued Master’s studies and Law and obtained two specialisations, first one in International Trade & Economic Laws from Amity University, Noida and another one specialising in Investment Treaty Arbitration from Uppsala University, Sweden. With a diverse experience of 5+ years, she is proficient in Constitutional Laws, Civil Laws, Commercial Laws, Investments Laws including FDI, investment treaties, arbitration, labour and employment disputes, Intellectual Property Rights, Consumer Laws, etc. 

On this continuous journey towards learning, Tesu is ready and prepared to accept the challenges that Clients face in the Legal Arena. Equipped with strong research and problem-solving skills, she has also advised the clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and legal issues and has achieved desirable outcomes.
